10 laps breast-stroke, moderate pace
2 laps freestyle, moderate pace
1 back-crawl lap to get my breath back!
3 laps breast-stroke, moderate pace
15 minutes water jogging w/belt
Arm strengthening exercises w/ floaty “weights”
NOTES: Totally moderate! Go me! Remembered to pack my goggles and swim cap. Forgot panties. But hey, yay post-workout commando!
