My partner had a sick day today, so I took full advantage (thanks, hon!). I didn’t KILL my workout, but I did 1-minute run intervals for the entire 30 minutes, which still gets me to a 2-mile run in 30 minutes. The 1-minute runs are getting easier and easier. I can’t wait until I can do 5 minutes continuously! It might take me years!
Another 30-minute bike at 15+mph for 7.5 miles. Still trying to fit a lot of workout into one hour because I’m busy. But … progress!
