Day 16

I did a timed workout today, fitting in a 30-minute walk with a 20-minute bike at the YMCA. I felt exhausted afterwards, but I think I didn’t eat well beforehand.

The time has come to splurge for new shoes. I can’t keep this up with the foot pain and shin splints.
